PRODUCT WARRANTY REGISTRATION

Untuk mengesahkan jaminan ini, sila isi dan hantar
"BORANG PENDAFTARAN JAMINAN PRODUK" dalam tempoh 15 hari.

Kindly validate this product warranty form by filling up particulars below and forward to us within 15 days from date of purchase.

TEMPOH JAMINAN ADALAH SATU TAHUN (METER SAHAJA) DAN ENAM BULAN (ELEKTROD & PROBE) DARI TARIKH PEMBELIAN.
WARRANTY PERIOD IS ONE YEAR (METER ONLY) AND SIX MONTHS (ELECTRODES & PROBES) COMMENCING DATE OF PURCHASE.

PERATURAN PERATURAN JAMINAN
Hanna Instruments menjamin alat-alatnya bebas dari sebaranga kerosakan komponen dan reka-bentuknya bagi
tempoh seperti dinyatakan di dalam manual pengguna. Dalam tempoh jaminan, jika terdapat pembaikkan atau
pengubahsuaian diperlukan dan bukan disebabkan penyalahgunaan pengendalian dan penggunaan. Sila hantar
kepada kami tanpa bayaran hantaran dan pembaikkan terhadap sebarang kerosakkan adalah percuma.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Hanna Instruments warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for period as stated
in the operating manual. If repair or adjustment is necessary and has not been the result of abuse, misuse or
improper handling with warranty period, please return freight prepaid and correction of the defect will be made without charge.

Hanna products are designed and manufactured by our factory to the highest standards for ease of use and installation. If you encounter any difficulties while using your product, we recommend that you first consult the user manual or contact our nearest service centers for support. In the unlikely event of a failure of the product, we will arrange for your product to be serviced free-of-charge within the warranty period provided that the product was used in accordance with the user manual.

The warranty excludes, or does not apply:

-If the proof-of-purchase (invoice) has been altered or unable to present.
-If the serial number on the product has been altered or removed.
-If the defect is caused by abuse of the product or mishandling that are not in conformance with the user manual of the product.

Should any repair on product has been carried out by unauthorized persons than Hanna service technician.
