The Wire K-Type Thermocouple Probe for Ovens - HI766Z is designed to measure the temperature inside ovens, which may be difficult to measure with traditional temperature probes. The response time of a measurement is affected by the position of the sensor relative to the substance being measured. The HI766Z wire construction offers a speedy 4-second response for a temperature reading. With a strong, corrosion-resistant, stainless steel construction, this probe is able to measure ovens with temperatures up to 1100°C (2000°F).
